CF_HC Member: There's a woman who claims she's bisexual but she's marrying a MAN. How DARE she.

Me: Some bisexual chicks just marry guys. That's the way it is.

CF_HCM: She says she relates better with men. WHAT A LIAR. IT'S SOCIETY.

Me: Some ladies do relate better with men than with women. They find it out eventually whether they do or don't. Trial and error.

CF_HCM: But she went out with four women before hooking up with this guy! She's obviously a lying lesbian!

Me: *facepalm* *logical explanation of, "If you only date one person of a particular sex, you can't really know how well you will get along with the rest of the gender romantically until you try out some more relationships"*

CF_HCM: Nuh-uh!

Sometimes I regret joining CF_HC. It's a lovely, lovely community for the childfree, but sometimes, the people can be extremely dim.

I've tried to present myself as a logical, semi-intelligent person to clear up the "raving lunatic baby-eating McEvil Person" image of the Childfree communities on LJ... but so far, it doesn't seem to be working.
