I went up to the gas station today. Some guy offered me a ride on the way back, but he was going toward the station. I was going away from it. And besides, his windows were painted-over and he had a mullet. No amount of peace-sign stickers and Save the Whales magnets was going to remove my suspicion. One of the tips on Digihitch said "Don't take a ride if you can't see through the windows." See? I research and keep myself safe. *nodnod*
