What Goes On

A random bunch of goings-on from a bored (possibly sleep-deprived) hippie-Neopagan-Goddess-worshipping-loony.

I'm listening to John Entwistle fan radio again. And for some reason, I've heard more Pete than I've heard in my life today. XD Maybe it's a sign. For what, I dunno. Since I quite like Mr Townshend, I'd take it as a good sign, whatever it may be a sign of, if it is, indeed, a sign.

Karen went and got us some Taco Bell. I love Taco Bell. :D

Changed my calendars over. The Magical Mystery Tour picture is a shot from the I am the Walrus video. What a cracked-out movie that was... great, though. And then, the psychedelic poster art is a Grateful Dead concert poster with this very mesmerizing black-and-white pattern-thing in the middle. No bears or skeletons or terrapins.

In other news, I'd like some posters to put up in my room. I'm rather bored with the plain old gray (formerly blue, but ten years of near-darkness will fade it away) that covers the walls of this room. Have a couple of posters, but not nearly enough to look at. Mostly, it's my own art, which is always done on computer paper. (These include a psychedelic doodle of Earth and space, a picture of some lady in a top hat apparently named Kaori, and my Living Dead Ragdoll Jeepers holding her plucked-out in in her hand.) There's only one of my pictures not done on computer paper; it was done at the spur of the moment on a cardboard box lid. It's hard to describe. It's not really of anything. It's swirls and colors and weird blobs of color across the black background. Then I've got a small Pink Floyd poster and two cardboard "concert posters" for the Beatles and the Doors.

I'd still like some more to slap up on my walls. Particularly the Beatles' Abbey Road cover-poster. Or a Who poster of some description. Or the Dead.

At any rate, gray and lighthouses are boring by now. Unless I were to go out and actually see a grayed sky and a lighthouse against it. Then it'd be interesting. But on one's walls... not very.
